Dynamics GP -- Employee Maintenance Card..

I am trying to grant a user access to set up a division on the employee maintance card.  When "division" is clicked, the window opens but the user cannot click on the looking glass to view the already existing divisions.  I have tested many tasks and still cannot view the divisions.  Please see the attachment..

Hi,

That window is the HR Divisions window.

It appears to only be included in the HRDEFAULTUSER security Task ID.

For troubleshooting security issues like the "You don't have security privileges..." message, the Support Debugging Tool has some pretty handy tools for tracking down security settings and issues.

In the Support Debugging Tool, select Security Profiler when trying to open a window and it will display the window name.  You can then double click to drill down and see the security settings for that window.

Steve, you are awesome.  I would never have guessed HRDEFAULTUSER but it worked!  I went to Convergence in March but haven't had the time to work with the SDT.  Thank you so much!!
