Unable to see Database tables in SQL Mgmt Studio

HI,

I have recently created a new user for a client on their server. This user remotes onto the server using RDP and acesses the SQL mgmt studio to see the database and more specifically the tables.

The problem I have is the user can log on, access SQL but when going to see the tables, nothing is listed.

I created a user account in SQL just like the other user accounts, but this user can't see any tables but the other users can.

Any assistance in this annoying problem would be great. They are using SQL 2005

Thanks

Ensure that the user have the role of db_dataReader

The below link will help you in setting the user role (although it is pretty old, it might be a good quick start).
