Value display in Filters for report

I'm working on a .rdl report in VS2008/SQL server 2008 R2.

Please see the attached file. When I preview the report, the Year filter contains all year options (Fig 1). If "Select All" is selected, all drop down items (2009,2010,2010,2012) are displayed in the box (Fig 2). I would like to display the word 'All' instead of all year values when 'Select All' is selected.

Is there a way to do it? How can I achieve it?

Thanks for any help.

From where you fetch Fiscal year value?

1)
if from dataset than in the query use

select "ALL" as fiscal_year
union
select yoryearcoloumn as fiscal_year from yourtable

and in the main data set query use like
where (year=@fiscal_year or "ALL"=@Fiscal_year)

2)
if yu given defualt value in parameter than add ALL as labele in one value

Thanks for comments. I think I made a little confusing here. Please see the updated attached file.

The label 'Select All' is fine, and it is like the tool default.

The label “Select  All” is fine. When this item is selected,  year values ‘2009, 2010, 2011, 2012’ all are displayed in the Fiscal Year  box. I want the label ‘All’ or ‘Select All’ instead of ‘2009, 2010, 2011, 2012’ is displayed in the box.
