Samsung Verizon Cell Phone booster not working with Apple Extreme Router

I have a Samsung Verizon cell phone booster (SCS-2UOL) and an Apple AirPort Extreme base station ( A1408).  Both are connected to my DSL router.  The router only has one ethernet port.  The problem I'm having is the Samsung booster will not connect.  All other devices connect with no issue, iPhone, iPad and iMac.  Thanks in advance.

Use Airport Utility to check the IP address of your Airport Extreme. If it is in one of the following three ranges:

192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255

then your problem is that you are doing "double NAT" and you need to reset your Airport Base Station to Bridge Mode (under the Network Tab change Router Mode from "DHCP and NAT" to "Off- Bridge Mode").

I've attached this device to another router, non apple and the same problem occurs. I believe the device may be faulty.

Does it work if you attach it directly to your DSL router? If it does, it is not defective and the problem is likely double NAT as I said above.

What is the IP address of your Airport Extreme?
