How do you get Running Config from Cisco Call Manager 8.6
I need to pull the Running Config from a Cisco Unified Call Manager 8.6. How do I do this? I don't see a place to to run them from CUCM and I'm not familiar with the CLI when connecting to the CUCM through Putty.

Not using CCA. Using Cisco Unified CM Administration. SSH logon using Putty doesn't give the typical Cisco CLI. You get Platform Command Line Interface. "Show run" isn't a valid command in this interface.
Unfortunately, have not dealt with that one.

What you are looking for might be part of a report that you have to generate within that interface.

Contacted Cisco Support for the answer.
Show running-config.
When you connect via putty, login.
Run enable
Enter the password.
Then run show running
That is it.
