Sony Sound Forge 10.0

My OS is win 7 prof 64 b it and I use Sony Sound Forge 10.00.  I woudl like to recrod the audio of a DVD that i am playing, how do I do it in Sony Sound Forge, can a guru please show me the steps. Thank u.

Instead of recording it, you'd be better off ripping the audio into an audio format and then editing the audio in sound Forge,

This is also faster than recording it.
