Missing data in rdl table

I'm working on a .rdl report in VS2008/SQL server 2008 R2.

The data of a table in .rdl report is from a store procedure. Multiple rows are returned from the store procedure, but only the first row is displayed in .rdl report. I'm wondering why this is happening. Is there a special property setting for it? I appreciate any help.

One common reason this happens is that the tablix had its Detail row deleted, and the way to tell is if the grey bars to the left of the rows does not have one with three lines in it.

Last I recall the only way to resolve this is to delete the tablix, and re-create it.
