Yes we have tried virtual XP. We dont have the code, just the CD with setup files etc.

A customer of mine uses a piece of software that adds some additional features to Autocad. <br />

The program is called FatCad. The company that wrote it have long gone but the MD had the program written specifically for him.<br />

The problem is that it will only run on Autocad 2000 which in turn will not run on anything newer than XP.<br />

I want to move them onto Windows 7. I have tried using the XP mode feature but its just too slow and confusing for the user.<br />

Really I need to get FatCad rewritten for the latest version of Autocad.<br />

How would I go about getting someone to do this for me. Do I need to developer? I just done know where to even begin.<br />
