We are in the process of migrating a client from sbs 2003 to sbs2011.
We are ready to remove exchange 2003 but when we go to add/remove programs, Windows SBS2003 and hit change/remove, all we get is brief pop up that states  "Setup is loading insallation components. components 2 of 40. then the box just closes.

the SBS server is sbs2003 SP2. it is not R2.

Thank you,

Joe

most of the time it get failed with xml issue or in removing sub-component.
