After a lot of back and forth with their support I was thinking of posting here and avoiding the reinvention of the wheel.
Switching to Bitdefender Cloud on our Windows 7 pro computers. It's going relatively well except Shoretel Communicator will not communicate with the telephone; a telephone grayed out with a red X ('phone disconnected')
if I disable the firewall it connects fine. I've added the full path and filename for both
C:\Program Files\Shoreline Communications\ShoreWare Client\ShoreTel.exe
C:\Program Files\Shoreline Communications\ShoreWare Client\CSISCMGR.exe
as allow on all networks. Support mentioned something about 'Trafficlight'? I think that screens packets?
