Good day,

We have a new install of Exchange 2013 and configured activesync for mobile devices, Android devices are working with no issues but no Apple Device is working. When the users can connect but get and error that the message body can not be downloaded, you can see the mail in the inbox but the body is not available, the apple device can also not send any mails. On the server there are two events:

Ive seen a few similar issues with macmail actually.
Although this is intended for a blackberry issue, try this as ive heard its worth a go for something similar to your issue.

I have solved the problem. The client have two "accepted domains" the default domain has got a space in the name area and the Apple Device don't like that for example:

mydomain.local
my domain (This one was the default domain)

I have moved the default domain to mydomain.local and that fixed the issue with the apple devices.
