Error migrating mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to 2010

I have added a new Exchange 2010 server to my domain (formerly just one Windows 2003 Standard server with Exchange 2003 installed).  I am in the process of migrating the mailboxes over to the new server (Local Move Request).  On two of the mailboxes, I am getting the following error:

Error:
Service
'net.tcp://ex2k10.domain.com/Microsoft.Exchange.MailboxReplicatio
nService' encountered an exception. Error: MapiExceptionLogonFailedL Unable to
open message store. (hr=0x80040111, ec=-2147221231)
Diagnostic Content:
    {I'm not going to post this part unless it's needed}

I've never seen anything like this.  Any ideas?

Thanks,
Dan

BTW, the rest of the mailboxes are transferring with no problems.

I take it back.  One mailbox transferred but with this warning:

Warning: Failed to cleanup the source mailbox after the move.
Error details: MapiExceptionNotFound: Unable to delete mailbox. (hr=0x8004010f, ec=-2147221233)

Related?  Either way, what do I do about this one, too?

Well, it turns out the secondary problem is still there but I will open a new question for that.
