there is a Business Objects topic, and a Crystal Reports topic,  here at E-E

SAP provide forums, here is a long list of topics at SAP Community Network (SCN) which of course has several BO related topics.

Informatica likewise have a community area.

I have no knowledge of third party 'paid for support' services to either
