Hi,

Is there any free pdf create documents on the fly using html or datasource from asp.net page? Please give a sample code if available.

PDFSharp is probably the best free PDF tool for .Net.

There's a link to their samples page, lots of good documentation and sample code all over the web, you can find it all with a "Google" or a "Bing".  ;-)
