I do not understand these script tags..are these pointing to a folders in the previous directory, how do i include the widgets.js if i dont find it...

it looks like your web IDE has corrupted the links (dreamweaver can do this)

they should be

<script type="text/javascript" async src="http://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript" async src="http://apis.google.com/js/plusone.js"></script>
