How do I change my email settings to remove the emails from the server after downloading

This solution is only available to members.
To access this solution, you must be a member of Experts Exchange.
In addition to the method shown in the article above, you can also uncheck the flag to leave mail on the server.
Outlook, File, Account Settings, select Account, Change, More Settings, Advanced and in the Advanced Dialogue window, uncheck Leave Mail on Server.
Then when you download email, it will be gone from the server.
