Hello ,

i have an issue with AD RMS error which appear after reinstalling it :-

I was experienceing the same problem in prepartion for the 70-640 exam.  

First the basics:  Did you log off and log back in after the install?  The account you used during the installaion of the role is added to a local account called: AD RMS Enterprise Adminstators, and the permissions need to be refreshed by logging off and back in.  (This did not work for me)

I was able to connet to the cluster server by the following steps:

1)  In the Action pane, click Refresh

2) In the Connection protocol section, in the Uri scheme: pull down, select HTTP

3) Click Finish
