Access 2007 - sample database

My OS is win 7 Prof 64 bit and I use Access 2007.  I am trying to design and setup a simple database for a non-profit Temple,  where  their congregation's name and address, their donations to the various projects or fund raising events.  I am trying to make it relational, the main table will be the congregation table with the contact details like name, tel nos, addresses.  while the donations will be relational.  Thus there will be infinite type of donations related to the contact.
Are there any ready made sample databases for Access 2007 that I can use and then modify it for my use.  Since I will be delivering to the temple who may not be IT techky, so if there is a User instructional  video  on how to use the database, it will be ideal.   Thank u.
