Hi Expert,

I am using Match Function but I don’t know why result is coming as expected. See attached file - Sheet Calculation - Highlighted Yellow Section.

For Col I the result is correct as you started at A2
Start at A1 and you will get 140 with is the row that matches with value of I32

You have mixed between Row and Column the rest are ok

check the attached file.

In this version I added the translation of Column in letters maybe it is more handy.

Thank You much this is what I needed, but there is some problem while column comes under A to Z i.e. 1 to 26 i.e. result shows @F. I don't know how come "@" come from. If you are interested further help me beyond this then Scoring Simplified or pls let me know how do I rectify "@" problem.

yes for sure I will look at it and also while driving after posting the solution I will need to revise it if you have data in columns like ABC or ADX etc... 3 letters. Give me 1 hour will get back to you hv to go lunch.

ok here it is. value of columns wether 1 digit 2 or 3 will come out correctly. To test it just put any sequence say ABC 20 XX in any column say AAF or BDK or M or FG and see if it comes out correctly.
