I get submitfail- meeting acceptances ok

the user has gone to a new OU. - ive done plenty of moves before
problem is the staff member who did the move used the coNsole form 1 Dag (SECONDARY SERVER) - MOVED MAILBOX FROM EX2007 TO EX2010 (primary server)

only some (most) emails just come up with submitfail in the tracking log on the exch 2010 server.

the go to sent items leave the outbox user does not receive though
HELP - 3 users cant send email (90% of time)
