Black berry Z10 Syn issue WIth Exchange Server 2007
Q: Blackberry is syncing with exchange server running on Windows SBS Server 2008 after every 1 hour. How can we reduce this time?
Q: Blackberry Z10 suddenly stop syncing with Exchange Server
EVENT Viewer:-
Event ID 12014 error that comes up regularly, which states (in part): "Microsoft Exchange couldn't find a certificate that contains the domain name XXXXX in the personal store on the local computer. Therefore, it is unable to offer the STARTTLS SMTP verb for any connector with a FQDN parameter of XXXXX".
I don't know if this is connected to the issue, but if it is the thing causing the inability of my Z10 to use ActiveSync with Microsoft Exchange??.

fixed my problem
For a device to stop synchronising there is usually a reason logged somewhere.
To change the sync control, go in to Settings, then Accounts. Tap on the account, then tap on the button at the bottom to get the advanced settings. There you need to enable Push which will sync the messages as they arrive.
Remember push only works over a mobile connection, not over wifi.
