asp,net is not updating all the folders on the godaddy.com folder

I have a subfolder called PDF and the contents in the folder do not get moved to the server.  The folder has bunch of pdf files.

I had to manually move the pdf files to the server.


How does it suppose to work?

Hi,

Obviously, you have to move the files manually!

Is this folder with the ASP.NET application? If yes, when you deploy it will be automatically uploaded.

Makes sure when you publish the web site, the PDF folder is copied!

I have failed to understand the philosophy of the publish button if it cannot publish all the files.

It is very frustrating to remember to post some files manually.

Then try deployment package - http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/archive/2010/07/29/vs-2010-web-deployment.aspx
