Folder Redirection

I want to redirect the my documents folder from various users to our server but some of the users have mp3, pictures and other things in the my documents folder. Is there a way to redirect the folder and exclude mp3, pictures and any other types that I do not want on our main server?

as I know there is no way to exclude some file types from folder redirection
