Hi!

We got customers complaining about poor performance when scrolling on the terminal server (Word, web and Adobe Reader). Is there any 3 part software that can help? Does Citrix have better performance than plain Windows terminal server?

Yes, Citrix is better.
As an alternative consider:
a. Using QOS in order to provide better performance to TS sessions, or
b. Reduce colors and/or resolution, or
c. Remove features such as sound.

Thanks! I have tested Ericom Blaze today. And it's working great! So I think I choose this.

That's a good choice. Consider the price but it might be worth it. Otherwise, QOS/color&res reduction/feature removal, can be considered.
