Just build the web app with authorize.net with credit card and echeck.
I am looking for some testing data for echeck. Please let me know if you know any.

Use any valid bank routing number and then make up a fake number for the account.
There is no test data according to Authorize.net and I don't think anyone is gonna give you their details.
Here's a list of routing numbers
