esxi 4.1 host keeps getting during flush firmware configuration, fault.toomanywrties.summary

I have 3 host but one is getting the error above and when the vm's are on it, I cant rdp to them
but as soon as I move them to another host I can rdp to them.
Any idea what this error is and why it keeps coming up on the host?

Is ESXi installed on a usb flash drive or sd card?

do you have VMware HA enabled?

VMware Tools installed in the VMs?

Is this the latest patched version of 4.1?

Now the error is gone but still when I move a vm to this one host which is in a cluster with 2 other host, I cant rdp to the vms or ping them...
Yes there is HA and VMware tools is installed on the vm that I am testing with and the host does have a sd card just like the other host.

if this host is setup the same as the other hosts, same hardware, I would escalate and log a support request with VMware.

Ok found out the issue was because some how one of the ports on the switch, that the host was connected to,it's config was changed by someone or something, and once it was setup they way it should have been, all worked just fine..
