Now the error is gone but still when I move a vm to this one host which is in a cluster with 2 other host, I cant rdp to the vms or ping them... <br />
Yes there is HA and VMware tools is installed on the vm that I am testing with and the host does have a sd card just like the other host.

if this host is setup the same as the other hosts, same hardware, I would escalate and log a support request with VMware.

esxi 4.1 host keeps getting during flush firmware configuration, fault.toomanywrties.summary
