Any suggestions on the best approach of converting an old Clipper system to VB.NET.  We are migrated the data to SQL Server. The challenge is the interface.  Is there a way to convert the interface easily and fast?

I do not think there is any tools or methodology to convert clipper codes to vb.net.
I have been converting clipper application to work in windows xp and above using vb.net , csharp and Delphi with sql server at the backend.
You have to recreate the forms, report and implement logic contained in the clipper there in whatever language you are using.
There is no easy way out - at least that i am aware - and i have been working on such project since last 10 years or so.
