When a Lotus Notes user changes their name due to marriage, etc. I find that groups these users are a member of are not being updated to reflect their new names. Is there a way to do this besides going into each group and adding the user with their new name.

open Administrator help.
read about the Administration Process, make sure it is running according to the instructions.
read Managing Users and subtopics.

The Administration Process is THE tool provided with Domino to manage these and other administration chores.  Using this tool will make your life as Domino admin a lot easier!

Make sure AdminP (the task name of the Administraion Process) is running on your Administration Server of your Domain. The ACL of the Domino Directory should list the Administration server with an icon like this: Administration server icon
