Is it possible to restrict these functions for certain users per Security Group or OU?
Running Xenapp 6.0 Platinum Edition Windows 2008 Servers.

To prevent copy-paste configure below policy in Citrix.
Client clipboard redirection
By default, clipboard redirection is allowed.
Go to Citrix user policies and configure ICA/Clipboard Redirection:-
To prevent cut-and-paste data transfer between a session and the local Clipboard, select Prohibit.

To prevent Printers Follow below link.

Thank you! and is it possible to specific user only per OU or Security Group? Or only across the board for all users?

You can use different filters to apply policy.You can apply policy to a security group or to a OU or to a group of users.
