First there is no other tool for this task, this is the only tool provided by MS. Also, I won't recommend load testing tool for Production environment. Rather you should focus on proper server role sizing ratio and use mailbox calculator tool.

we are running issue with one of our CAS server, it seems like it drops more than few connections.<br />
