We have someone who has been with our company for a long time getting ready to leave. They want the e-mail account to be closed but want a custom message sent to anyone who sends e-mail to that address.
To my knowledge, I can't do anything if I close the e-mail account. The second thing is, can I create a custom NDR message that just applies to that address? If I create a out of office message, it says "out of office."
Any advice would be appreciated. We have exchange 2007.
