encrypted sp- will it cause any blocks for any user?

right now, a store proc is just plain text.. we want to encrypt it.. will this  mean we have to have all users test it.. or encrypting does not affect any execution or functionality?

it wont affect any performance. You wont be able to see the sp definition in case you use the sql profiler
