Windows 7 Home 64bit License Compatible with the 32bit License of Window 7 Home

We have installed Windows on a PC machine a 7 Home using a 32 bit installation CD. However we have the license key of the 64 bit Windows 7 Home.

Can the 32 bit accept the product key of the 64bit??

Yes, they are interchangeable.
