Hi Friends,

We have a IBM Bladecenter S Chassis with 5 HS23 blade servers installed and configured to use the Internal Storage in the Chassis.

The onboard NIC's are connected to the ESM on Bay1 and the SAS connectivity card installed is connected to the SAS module on Bay 3 and Bay 4.

My question is Can i install an CFFh Fibre card on each of the HS23 blades and Install a Fibre Switch module on Bay 2 provide access to the external storage???

Is it possible or supported on S Chassis??

regards
Vinod
