I was adding an external email address globally to all of our users thru EMC and I saw the following error message:

[PS] C:\Windows\system32>get-Mailbox | Set-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration -TrustedSendersAndDomains @{Add='trustedrecipient@hot
mail.com'}
Junk e-mail validation error. Value: toliuddndd@gmail.com..
    + CategoryInfo          : NotSpecified: (17:Int32) [Set-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration], JunkEmailValidationExcepti
   on
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : A8DFFEC3,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.StoreTasks.SetMailboxJunkEmailConfiguration

Junk e-mail validation error. Value: 'companyuser@ourdomain.com'.
    + CategoryInfo          : NotSpecified: (19:Int32) [Set-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration], JunkEmailValidationExcepti
   on
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : 96167446,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.StoreTasks.SetMailboxJunkEmailConfiguration

Open in new window

I'm concerned about the Value: toliuddndd@gmail.com as I have never seen that email before.  I checked out added external email address mail contacts and it doesn't exist there.  The second error that generated with Value: 'companyuser@ourdomain.com' is an email user on our domain.  Could someone help me decipher what the error is actually saying and if I should remove traces of toliuddndd@gmail.com as it is an email I have never seen before?

Thanks.

I checked and toliuddndd@gmail.com exists on our patched production system, but not in our, currently unpatched, test system.  Looks like it was added by a Microsoft patch or update.  I would just leave it alone.
