UN-hide specific folders on Windows 2008 R2 Server

My server got hit with a virus and I need to UNHIDE specific folder, not everything on the drive. Only c:\users.

How can I unhide just that directory and sub contents?  I cannot uncheck hide  - it's grayed out.
