Outlook 2010 on Server 2008 Domain Signature issues

I found this script on the net and was trying to modify it to our needs however seems like some of the fields (or most of the fields) will not populate once the signature is applied.

I will post the code and the results here and any help is appreciated.

Never mind, had to use a computer joined to AD in the first place!
