Sharepoint Web Part not safe

Yesterday our intranet home page loads with missing web parts, site is V3 running on Windows Server 2008, no changes were made (that I know of anyway). When I try to add them under SiteActions I get the infamous:
"A Web Part or Web From Control on the Page cannot be displayed or imported.The type is not registered as safe".

I checked web.config and in part have:

Do you have any content editor web parts on the page?

Yes the rest of the page loads, and where the calendar changes are made works. The whole site seems to be working save the web parts.

I replaced web.config, at least not getting the not safe errors anymore.
