Cannot download Offline address Book

Hi
I have a problem accessing the offline address book just on one user.

When i click on the "TO" outlook hangs. I have tried from different pc's. All other users work fine but just this one.


We have exchange 2010
User is using outlook 2010

Ok. Dont stress i was just told that all terminal users have this problem. After i rebooted the exchange server the issue was resolved.

Did you try creating a new profile? Might help "clear" things up.

yes i did still not help. I tried from another pc aswell but still failed.

So this problem is for all Outlook users? Or did you try with this user on another PC, sorry, just trying to make sure I understand the problem correctly.

Open the folder:

%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Open in new window


Deleted all "OAB" files and files that begin with this character "~"

Then click - START - run - outlook.exe /cleanprofile

See if that might help?
