Address Book Exports

Hi

Say,

Our export contacts from the address book in outlook to CSV file. When i open them in excel (2010) - the numbers with a leading 0 are truncated to the 1 digit greater that the 0. e.g. 011 345 6789 becomes 11 345 6789. How can i edit the CSV file without this happening? To be safe, how can i preserve the formatting and still manage to edit it in excel?

i think you can change the category of that specific column ... by selecting that column and then changing category of that column to general....

at last i can't guarantee you the success, as i don't know which type of data and csv file you are opening in excel, so please keep a back up copy first.

select the specific column
change category here... to general
