I am looking for some good resources to start developning with WPF.  Prefereably in VB.  Also working with Blend would be helpful too.

Might not be the best out there but at least it's not full of bad practices which are commonly found on some other websites. As for Blend, i have never used it seriously so other experts may be of better advice.
