I thinking was either outlook 2003 or 2007

2 email accounts set up
1pop
1 imap

All works fine except the set items for the iMap email end up in the pop sent items

Anyway to correct this ?

Check when you create a new message there is a drop-down option that you can choose "send from this account". Maybe they are all being sent from pop account and therefore going into that sent box?

No it def being sent from the imap email not the pop.

There is. Prompt sometimes where to store iMap sent items but I wasn't asked on this install.

All sent items end up in the only other email sent items.

FYI - IMAP has a known issue with Outlook 2003 and sent items.  It cant stick sents in the sent IMAP folder - just locally.

Thunderbird works best.
