Moving app from WinForm Dev to Windows Service

Having a "Duh" day.

Why am I seeing the underlines in the WinService sub for the configuration?

My imports at the top are the same in both apps.

Make sure you have added a reference to System.configuration as well as  'using' that is Imports for VB
