Receive Connector Exchange 2010 not relaying to external accounts
Our Marketing director updated our offsite online store to new servers with new IP addresses. When a person places an order confirmation emails are sent to inside sales personnel and the buyer through the our internal receive connector. I added the new IP addresses to the existing Receive connector, which was working fine with the old online store servers. I made no changes and now when he runs test emails the email will deliver to internal accounts within our domain but not to anything external.
It is recommended to create new dedicated receive connector for relay and add the IP address of Aplication server.
Can you open Queue viewer and check if you see any queue build up issue. If yes, open one message and check if you see any error or post the screenshot.
Also send one test email to external user from your normal account and check if you are getting any ndr.

The other suggestions were good for troubleshooting but unfortunately was not the solution. I was provided the wrong IP address. Had there been a suggestion to verify or troubleshoot the IP I was using, I would have chose that for the solution.
It is difficult to imaging wrong IP address issue.
