Outlook VCard Contact translates Programming Code when Imported into iPhone

When sending a VCard from Outlook 2010 to an iPhone user, the notes section appears with all this programming code - even if the notes field is empty.  The issue also seems to occur if the user send the VCard from his iPhone to another iPhone (but the contact was originally created in Outlook).

It appears this does not happen when opened on an iPad, and there definitely isn't an issue with other Outlook users.

Is there a workaround for this?  Or is this just an unresolved issue?

I found a workaround for this issue. (Although my company never implemented it due to other issues)
If you can locate the .vcard file itself you can open it in notepad and remove all the excess coding from the bottom. (Be careful when doing this as all the other card info is contained as well. Formatting, contact info etc...)

If you would like some more details I can try to post some screenshots when I've got a bit more time.
