When sending a VCard from Outlook 2010 to an iPhone user, the notes section appears with all this programming code - even if the notes field is empty. &nbsp;The issue also seems to occur if the user send the VCard from his iPhone to another iPhone (but the contact was originally created in Outlook). <br />

It appears this does not happen when opened on an iPad, and there definitely isn't an issue with other Outlook users.<br />
