Our HP MFP has an error message 30.01.19 - Scanner failure.  Any ideas what this error message means?  Any insight will be helpful.

30.1.19 Scan failure

Generic for HP MFDs the xx.19 code means:

The printer has detected a problem with scanner lamp. Reboot the printer and check to see that the scanner bulb lights up.


Check connections as below
Reseat the connections to the scanner control board.
Replace the scanner control board.
Replace the flatbed optical assembly.
