I currently have one form that
has all MAINT_WORK_REQ fields.

How can I easily include child/detail records
from my MAINT_WORK_REQ_PART and MAINT_WORK_REQ_COMMENTS
tables onto this ONE form so users can create
everything at once using ASP.net MVC ?
