Kinect with PC

Hi,

I want to use Kinect or kinect like attachement with my laptop, so that I can able to play those game in my laptop. Is it possible? May I purchase kinect kit separately and attach that with my laptop so that I can play games with those features? If kinect is not possible may I attach ps move / wii like attachement with my laptop? If possible, will I purchase PC games and play those with those attachement / or I need to purchase xbox / ps4 compatible games?
