All you have to do on the device is slide the main screen to the right and you see the hub. Select Add Email account, you enter the email address of the user, move to the next screen and enter the activation password. The device then connects and activates.

The other way is to scroll down, settings, accounts, "Email, Calendar, and Events", email address, on the next screen enter the SRP for the server and activation password.

You also have to make sure you installed the router service. It does not install by default and cannot be installed on the same server as the BDS since it is designed to sit in a DMZ.

Here is a Youtube video on how to do it:

Also, I am assuming you have set up ActiveSync on the Exchange server. It no longer uses MAPI and requires ActiveSync. You need to make sure it is enabled for all BB users.

I do not think you can hide that message. This is designed to allow users to work between both sides. What I have found is that even if the users primarily wants to work on the "work" side, when the device locks, it switches to the personal automatically. I have not had a chance to contact Blackberry to see if there is a way to "lock" it to one side. There may be, but I am not currently aware of it.

BTW, if you want to screen shot the device, you can press the up and down volume buttons at the same time. It will take a picture of what is showing on the screen at the time. Saves the need to take a picture of it.

What process did you use to transfer, backup and restore, etc? This should all be handled through the users BB ID. Support has created a video on it.
