We have migrated from exchange 2003 to 2010, all mailbox are now in 2010 DAG (however exch 2003 is still not decommissioned), and would like to publish OWA through ISA 2004. We tried it configuring it but, when accessing https://mail.xxxx.com/owa from outside, the OWA page is not coming, but the certificate is showing correctly with all the SAN.

Please share a step by step document for Publishing Exchange 2010 OWA on ISA 2004 SP3
